🔥 Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Potatoes

  1. Wash and dice potatoes into bite-sized chunks or cut into fries.

  2. Keep the cut potatoes in a bowl of cold water to prevent browning.

  3. When you’re almost done cutting, preheat your air fryer to 425°F.

  4. Pat potatoes dry with a paper towel and transfer them to the air fryer basket.

  5. Spray with avocado oil and cook in batches for 18 minutes at 425°F, flipping or shaking halfway through.

    • If cooking in two baskets, swap their positions halfway through (top ↔ bottom) at 9 minutes.

  6. Once cooked, transfer to a bowl, optionally mist with avocado oil, and season generously with Creole seasoning.

Step 2: Cook the Ground Turkey

  1. In a large pan, sauté diced onions until translucent.

  2. Add ground turkey and brown completely.

  3. Pour in 32 oz of bone broth and simmer until most of the liquid has reduced and concentrated.

  4. Stir in 4 oz tomato paste, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, pressed garlic, and 1 tbsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon.

  5. Simmer on low for 10 minutes to mellow the tomato paste flavor.

Step 3: Build the Bowl

  1. Add a generous layer of crispy potatoes to each bowl.

  2. Top with seasoned ground turkey.

  3. Finish with your choice of toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream/crema, pico de gallo, avocado, and hot sauce.

🧠 PRO TIPS

Swap out the sour cream for plain non fat greek yogurt and Mexican cheese for low fat cheese to keep the calories down!

Store components separately to keep potatoes crisp. Reheat potatoes in the air fryer for best texture!
